North 48 built our retirement lake home in 2013. We have recently moved in and I would recommend North 48 for any building project you might have. Our construction was a large, two story, addition to our earlier built first stage of the home (the owners on North 48 build the first stage in 2008). It had many unusual aspects such as a large bonus room, second story deck, and a huge two sided wood burning fireplace. North 48 was knowledgeable and handled every situation professionally and to our satisfaction. It was not a simple project. The project was completed in a timely manner and we are very happy with the result. I recommend the builders at North 48.
